I tried to make my monthly installment using this app. The App is running very slow while making the payment.. after few minutes of waiting my account got debited and "proxy error" message displayed on the screen. Finally my transaction is not successful but my money got debited.

This is a bug load of application, how can, such a reputed people in gold industry can provide such a outdated service to their customers? Most of the time the application says "No internet", OMG - UI... That's another fail, it's 2020, Update, as I see the app don't have much load to display, so atleast focus a little on UI. Want help to design UI, reach me!

Very annoying as I am trying to login using my phone number and its showing error as invalid phone number, while my phone number is correct. I had another App of Bhima Gold tree, even i cannot login there as it is showing unable to login due to system error. This issue i am facing from past 7 days. Can some one please check the issue.
